山核桃外果皮中胡桃醌含量测定及抑菌活性 被引量:18

Content Determination and Inhibition Effect of Juglone in the Husk of Carya cathayensis on Phytopathogenic Fungi

摘要 对山核桃外果皮中胡桃醌的含量进行测定,并对其抑菌活性进行了研究。HPLC测定山核桃外果皮中胡桃醌含量为0.00104%(干样)。胡桃醌对供试的9种病原真菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50值为水稻纹枯病菌7.0226mg/L,苹果腐烂病菌13.1456mg/L,水稻稻瘟病菌299.0976mg/L。胡桃醌对苹果炭疽病菌孢子萌发抑制EC50值为0.5083mg/L,对玉米大斑病菌EC50值为2.236mg/L。活体测定中,胡桃醌1000mg/L对番茄灰霉病菌保护作用率为42.52%,胡桃醌750mg/L对番茄灰霉病菌治疗作用率为20.92%,与对照药剂丙烷脒相当。 Content determination ofjuglone in the husk of Carya cathayensis and the inhibition effect ofjuglone were carried on. Content of juglone in the husk of Calya cathayensis was 0.001 04%. EC50 ofjuglone against Rhizoctonia solani was 7.0226 mg/L; EC50 of juglone against Valsa mall was 13.1456 mg/L and agaist Pyricularia oryzae was of 299.0976 mg/L. The virulence test for the two phytopathogenic fungi by sproes germination method revealed that the antifungal activity of juglone was higher against Glomerella cingulata(EC50 of 0.508 3 mg/L) than against Exserohilum turcicum(EC50 of 2.236 mg/L). The detection of inhibition effect on Botrytis cinerea in vivo indicates that the protective effect rate ofjuglone of 1000 mg/L was 42.52% and therapy effect rate of 750 mg/Lwas 20.92%. This result matchs with propane amidine.
