摘要
采用新的冶炼工艺,合理的锻造及热处理工艺,提高了钢水的纯净度,解决了大型钢锭成分偏析问题,并保证了低压转子锻件的力学性能满足技术要求。
Through adopting the new steelmaking process,appropriate forging and heat treatment process,the purity of the steel has been improved,the problem of chemical composition segregation has been solved.The examination results shows that the mechanical properties of LP monobloc rotor forging conform to the technical requirement completely.
