摘要 低合金高强钢特厚板的焊接,由于焊接应力的影响,在控制缺陷和变形方面都比较困难。通过改造焊枪、控制工艺参数、调整焊接次序等措施,较好地控制了焊接变形和缺陷的产生,使特厚板焊接一次成功,探伤结果为一级焊缝。 For welding the extra thick plate of low alloy high strength steel,due to the influence of welding stress,it relatively difficulty for controlling the defect and deformation.Through taking measures,such as reforming the welding torch,controlling the welding parameter and adjusting the welding procedure,the welding defect and deformation have been controlled with success,the result of flaw detection shows that the weld quality is grade I.
