摘要
目的:研究三七种子生理后熟期间种内储藏物质的变化情况,了解三七种子的生理特性,为良种生产提供科学依据。方法:采用不同的种子保存温度,定期分析不同温度贮藏三七种子可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质和粗脂肪含量的变化情况。结果:三七种子在贮藏过程中,贮藏物质可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、粗脂肪含量均随贮藏时间的延长而表现出逐渐下降的趋势。结论:三七种子后熟期间种内贮藏物质的变化是其生理变化的显著特征之一,也是引起或加速三七种子在贮藏过程中劣变的重要原因。
The changes of soluble sugars,starch,soluble proteins and crude fat of P.notoginseng seeds under different storage temperature were determined.Results showed the soluble sugars,starch,soluble proteins and crude fat contents of P.notoginseng seeds were reduced slowly day-to-day during storage.It was concluded that the hanges of seeds' reserve substance is one of the most marked features of physiological changes,and also is the important reason to cause and accelerate seed deterioration during post-maturation.
