摘要
对怒江干热河谷区内芒果种质资源的果实性状进行性状比较、相关性分析和模糊聚类分析。结果表明,该调查地区的芒果种质资源具有丰富的多样性,在所分析的6个性状中变异系数表现为单果重>果实长度>果实宽度>可溶性固形物>果实厚度>可食率,这表明不同性状间存在差异,可根据不同目的加以利用。本文首次对部分芒果果实性状间进行相关性分析,结果发现在所有的性状间的相关系数除可食率与可溶性固形物间未达到极显著相关外,其余性状间相关系数均达到极显著相关,其中可溶性固形物与单果重、果实长度、果实宽度、果实厚度间存在极显著负相关,其余的10个相关系数均表现为极显著的正相关;对58份种质资源进行模糊聚类分析发现,当λ值在0.93~0.98时,所分析的58个单株可聚为3大类。
The quality traits of mango resources were tested by correlation and fuzzy cluster analysis in Nujiang hot-dry valley.The results showed the resources had the abundant diversity,and the sequence of coefficient of variation was weight of single fruit(X1) length of fruit(X2) width of fruit(X3) soluble solids(X6) thickness of fruit(X4) edible rate(X5).the extremely significant correlations between quality traits were observed except for that between X4 and X5.The correlation between X6 and X1,X2,X3,X4 were negatively significant at 1 % level,the remaining were extremely and positively significant.With the fuzzy cluster analysis,58 mango individuals in Nujiang hot-dry valley were divided into three classes according to their quality traits when λ was between 0.93 and 0.98.
