摘要
分别用60Co-γ射线、NaN3和航天诱变以不同剂量处理普那菊苣种子,对诱变处理后的幼苗进行了生理生化特性测定,结果表明:普那菊苣幼苗对60Co-γ射线、NaN3和航天诱变的刺激在生理生化特性上显示出不同程度的应激效应。其中在游离脯氨酸积累方面,辐射诱变幼苗的积累量大于航天诱变和化学诱变;而在可溶性蛋白含量上,航天诱变的效应大于化学诱变和辐射诱变;在可溶性糖含量上则是化学诱变的积累量最大,高于辐射诱变和航天诱变的刺激效应。
The seeds of Puna Chicory were irraditiated by γ-ray,chemical by NaN3 and were spaced at different dose.The seedlings were measured by physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results indicated that 60Co-γ ray,NaN3 and space mutagenesis make Puna chicory seedlings showing different degrees of stimulation effects on physiological and biochemical characteristics.In the accumulation of free proline,radiation-induced accumulation of seedlings was greater than space mutagenesis and chemical mutagenesis;in the content of soluble protein,the space was greater than the effect of chemical mutagen and radiation-induced mutation;in the content of soluble sugar,chemical mutagenesis had the largest accumulation,which was higher than that of the radiation-induced mutagenesis and space.
