摘要
为探明家蚕对入侵虫草菌防御反应,用从云南野生蛹虫草中分离的M05菌株,以菌液涂抹方式侵染云蚕7家蚕品种5龄第2天幼虫,对菌株入侵家蚕体壁部位显微观察,对家蚕体液免疫因子血淋巴酚氧化酶、血淋巴蛋白质含量进行测定。结果表明,家蚕气门是M05菌株入侵并发生体壁防御反应的主要部位;菌株侵入体腔,酚氧化酶防御因子被启动,酶活力增强且最大值达0.77 U;家蚕启动防御反应,血淋巴中蛋白质含量增加,当菌株侵入后消耗或破坏了血淋巴中部分蛋白质,血淋巴中蛋白质含量降低。
The 5th instar larvae of the YUN7 silkworm were infected by Cordyceps militaris to investigate the defense reactions.The content of haemolymph protein and the activity of phenoloxidase in silkworm was determined,and the part of invasive fungus was revealed through microscopic examination.The result showed that the vale of silkworm is the main spot of body wall defenes reaction;The phenol oxidase defense factor started when M05 invade,and enzyme activity increased to 0.77U;Haemolymph protein content increased when silkworm started defense response.After fungus invasion consumed or destroyed partial protein of haemolymph,the protein content reduced.
