贫困地区乡村干部新农村建设发展生产影响因素认知差异性分析——基于广西595份乡村干部的调查问卷分析

Cognitive Differences between Township and Village Cadres about Influencing Factors on Construction of New Socialist Countryside in Poor Areas——Based on Questionnaires of 595 Township and Village Cadres in Guangxi

为了解乡镇干部和村干部对新农村建设中发展生产影响因素的认知差异,以广西贫困村为例,分别对乡镇干部和村干部进行问卷调查,乡镇干部发放问卷287份,实际回收268份,村干部发放问卷378份,实际回收327份,共595份。对调查结果的主成分分析结果表明,乡镇干部与村干部对新农村建设中发展生产影响因素的认知存在较大差异,乡镇干部偏向于从农村发展的内因上找原因,而村干部更倾向于从外因上找原因。因此,思想观念对农村发展起着重要的作用,贫困地区新农村建设应该加强农村思想政治文化教育。

A questionnaire on township and village cadres was conducted in poor areas in Guangxi in order to study the cognitive differences between them about influencing factors on the construction of a new socialist countryside.Two hundred and eighty-seven township cadres received questionnaires and 268 valid questionnaires were collected.Three hundred and seventy-eight village cadres received questionnaires and 327 valid questionnaires were collected.By principal component analysis,it was found a big difference in cognition of influencing factors on the construction of a new socialist countryside between township and village cadres.Township cadres considered the internal factors that affected rural development as the most important influencing factors on the construction of a new socialist countryside.While the external factors that affected rural development seemed to be preferable by village cadres.Therefore,the ideological concept played an important role in rural development and the ideological,cultural and political education should be strengthened in the construction of a new socialist countryside in poor areas.
