摘要
对大型数控镗铣床主轴箱在工作过程中受滑枕前端悬挂附件或伸出等因素产生主轴箱重心偏移进行了分析,并针对造成理论与实际重心值产生偏差的情况设计了补偿结构。以提高机床在加工过程中滑枕移动伸出后对零件的加工的精度,来满足加工产品的精度要求。
For large CNC boring and milling machine spindle box in the course of their work by the front -end ram hanging out factors such as attachment or spindle box generated offset center of gravity was analyzed,and theoretical and practical focus for the resulting bias of the value of the compensation structure design.
