摘要
通过分析各种孔的特性和数控加工中孔加工的复杂性,开发了基于VC++孔加工数控自动编程系统。该系统在预知加工零件的形状、精度和工艺要求等的前提下提出了孔加工的方案,并对孔加工需要的各种参数进行建库,以便根据数控系统要求选择适当的刀具、切削速度和进给速度。软件系统用Visual C++6.0编制。
By means of analysis the spot facing machining technology of NC is complexity and the specificities of spot facing machining. It is developed that realization of automatically programming system for NC machine tool of spot facing machining comes into being. A scheme of point-by-point spot facing machining is brought up when the wark-piece's shape ,precision and technological requirement are prevised and detailed problems met in the design are solved,and established database as regard the spot facing machining's all parameters, so as to select proper bit tool,cutting speed,feed rate by numerical control system's, requirement The software system programmed in Visual C++ 6.0 has passed the trial machining testify.
