摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对新型真空抽油泵主要运动零件之一的活塞进行模态分析。提取分析结果,得到活塞的前10阶固有频率和相应振型。此结果不仅为活塞的振动控制、工作可靠性和使用寿命提供了理论依据,还为活塞和油泵的结构优化设计了提供科学的参考数据。
A piston is one of the main parts of the new type vacuum pump. By the use of finite element analytic software ANSYS the modality analysis has been carried out on the piston. The former 10 ordered inherent frequencies and types of vibration of piston have been obtained from the results. These results of analysis could not only provide theoretical basis for the piston study on the vibration control,reliability and life ,but also provide the scientific data to the piston and pump structure optimization design.
