摘要
在分析数控落地镗床结构、运动的基础上,重点研究了数控落地镗床的数字建模、数值分析、数字控制等关键技术,为数控落地镗床的研制提供技术支持。通过三维数字建模,数字装配,干涉检查,消除在加工装配前不必要的隐患。数值模拟分析为机床优化设计,降低成本,缩短设计制造周期提供保证。该研究技术成功应用于某型号数控落地镗床的研制中,设备正常运行两年,取得良好的效益,同时对其他设备的设计提供一定参考。
Digital modelling,the numerical analysis ,the numerical control and so on key technologies has been studied based on the analysis of NC floor-typed boring machine structure. It provides the technical suppart for the NC floor-typed boring machine's development. Through the three dimensional digital modelling,the digital assembly,the interference inspection,before the processing assembly the nonessential hidden danger is eliminated. The numerical simulation analysis for the NC floor-typed boring machine optimization design,reduces the cost,reduces the design manufacturing cycle to provide the guarantee. This research technology success in development of some model NC floor-typed boring machine. The equipment normal operation two years shows the good progress. Simultaneously it provides certain reference to design of other equipment.
