摘要
采用ANSYS软件建立了考虑橡胶衬套、定位环的汽车稳定杆有限元模型,并对其强度和疲劳寿命进行了有限元分析。通过对稳定杆进行虚拟疲劳仿真,从而对其疲劳寿命进行分析,为稳定杆的优化设计提供依据。
The finite element model for the stabilizer-bar of automobile is established using sofeware ANSYS,which considering the effects of both spring bush and locating ring The strength and fatigue life are researched using the finite element method. With virtual fatigue simulative analysis ,the information not only can predict the fatigue life ,but also the dangerous position etc ,which is useful for further optimization design.
