摘要
电磁齿轮作为一种新型非接触式磁性齿轮,对其主要结构和工作原理进行了详细说明,在建立电磁力及转矩数学模型的基础上,以CAE协同分析的方式对电磁齿轮进行了电磁-热耦合有限元分析,得到了线圈控制电流与电磁力和温升的关系。研究结果表明,有限元分析结果与用解析法计算的结果相吻合,该分析结果为电磁齿轮的设计和理论研究提供了依据,并为控制电流的取值及电磁齿轮传动系统的试验调试提供了数据上的参考。
Electromagnetic gear is a non-contact novel magnetic gear,and its structure and work principle are indicated,and mathematical modeling of its electromagnetic force and torque is established. Electromagnetic-thermal coupling finite element analysis of electromagnetic gear is done by method of cooperative CAE,and the relation of coil control current and electromagnetic force and the relation of coil control current and temperature rise are obtained,the results tally with calculation values by analytical method,which guarantee the validity of multi-field coupling analysis. And theoretical guides for design and research of electromagnetic gear are provided,and reference of data for scale of control current and experimentation of electromagnetic gear are given.
