激光微造型技术中表面微形貌的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来研究发现,具有规则凹凸的非光滑表面,具有良好的摩擦润滑性能。而激光表面微造型技术由于具有良好的可操控性,被广泛认为是具有较好的实现规则凹凸非光滑表面的表面微细加工技术。为了预测激光微细造型所得表面形貌的几何特征,本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对激光微造型中的烧蚀温度场和弹坑进行数值模拟。在此基础上详细分析了激光功率密度、激光脉宽对烧蚀弹坑表面形貌的影响和变化规律,为快速有效地加工出所设计的规则凹凸非光滑表面奠定了基础。 It is reported,in recent years,that the non-velvet surface that is regulary and concavoconvex has good tribological lubricative performance. Laser micro-texture modeling technic on the surface, because of its well easy control nature ,people widely believed that it is the micro-machining technic on the surface which can realize the regulary concavo-convex nonvelvet surface. In order to forecast the geometry character of 3-Dimensional internal showing of the surface induced by laser micro-texture modeling, in this paper,the numerical simulation for temperature field and crater on the laser ablation in laser microtexture modeling is performed by finite element analyse sofiware-ANSYS. Based on it,we analyze the influence and change regulation of laser intensity,laser pulse number and pulse duration to 3-Dimensional internal showing of the crater's surface,This study established the basic of being order to design the nonvelvet surface that is regulary and concavo-convex quickly and effectively.
