摘要 企业制造信息化的重要环节之一就是实现仿真数据的有效管理.当前主流的产品数据管理系统(PDM)对机械产品仿真数据缺乏行之有效的管理方式。根据机械产品仿真数据的特点,得出Java内容仓库在存储、管理仿真数据方面所具有的优势;并通过Java内容仓库所提供的版本控制功能,实现仿真数据版本的可回溯性及多版本仿真数据的管理和共享。最后通过某船用齿轮传动系统的仿真分析结果验证Java内容仓库及其版本控制技术在管理机械产品仿真数据的实用性和有效性。 The effective management of simulation data is the key process to realize the manufacture informationization of enterprises, but mainstream product data management systems are lack of method of management about it. In this paper,the advantages of java content repository in many aspacts ,such as simulation data storage and management,can be get through the analyse about the simulation data of mechanical products.Its realizable of multi-version management and sharing with the technology of version control supplied by JCR. At the end,the practicality and validity of java content repository is proven by its apply to a kind of gear-driven system of marine.
