摘要
应用系统动力学原理分析了任务分解粒度对企业联盟几个主要因素的影响,这些因素包括内在约束、上市时间、协作费用、盟主收益、核心能力和适应能力。建立了这些关键因素的因果关系流图和系统动力学模型。以此为基础,设计并实现了企业联盟任务分解粒度的系统动力学仿真软件,并通过对比验证了模型的有效性,说明利用系统动力学原理对企业联盟任务分解粒度进行分析是一种可行的方法。
The influence brought by the granularity of task decomposition on key factors of enter- prise aliance were studied based on system dynamics method. These factors included inter-restriction, product manufacturing time ,collaboration fee ,A Uiance leader benefit,capability and compatibility. Causality diagram and system dynamics model were established for these factors. It also achieved a simulating program for the granularity of task decomposition based on the system dynamics model,the validation was infered by a qualitative analysis.The results show that it is a workable method to research the granularity of task decomposition in enterprise aliance with system dynamics theory.
