废旧家电产品回收处理生产线的规划与仿真

Planning and simulating production lines of recycling waste household appliances

不同种类的废旧家电产品的处理工艺流程各不相同,甚至相同种类、不同型号的废旧家电的处理工艺也有差别。在废旧家电产品处理生产线和工厂的规划与设计时,不但要满足处理工艺流程的要求,还要考虑生产率、成本、物流和人员配备等多方面的因素,是一项复杂的系统工程。本文应用计算机仿真技术和eM-Plant仿真软件,研究废旧家电产品处理生产线的规划与仿真的方法,为建设适合我国国情的废旧家电产品回收处理工厂服务。

Different kind of waste household appliances ,even the same kind waste household appliances with different models and dimensions, are corresponding to different recycling treatment processes. It is a complex systematic engineering for planning and design of plants and production lines of recycling waste household appliances. Not only the treatment processes ,but also productivity,cast,logistics ,staff and many other factors need to be considered. In this paper,computer simulation technology and eM-Plant software are applied to study the planning and simulation of the production lines. It is helpful for construction of recycling plant suitable for China＇s national conditions.
