60例消化性溃疡中西医结合治疗疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on 60 patients with peptic ulcer

目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将60例消化性溃疡随机分成两组,对照组30例,采用奥美拉唑或雷尼替丁、阿莫西林、果胶铋、吗丁啉治疗;治疗组60例,在雷尼替丁、果胶铋基础上配合中医辩证治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为97%,对照组为87%,两组比较,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡具有协同作用。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on peptic ulcer.Methods：The 60 patients with peptic ulcer was were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group （n=30） were treated with omeprazole or ranitidine,amoxicillin,bismuth pectin and domperidone;The treatment group （n=60） patients were treated with ranitidine and bismuth pectin combined with TCM Differenciation.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,and that of the control group was 87%,the difference was significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has coordinating effects on peptic ulcer.
