The X-ray differential diagnosis of 86 cases of broadening of right upper mediastinum

右上纵隔增宽的病变X线表现极为相似,但主动脉扭曲、奇叶、胸腺瘤、神经源性肿瘤等疾病在X线上也存在许多不同之处,其病灶的形态、边缘、解剖特点等也各具特点,可帮助鉴别诊断纵隔增宽病变。

The X-ray Findings of broadening of right upper mediastinum are very similar to each other,but the tortuous aorta,azygos lobe,thymoma and neurogenic tumor have some difference in X-ray Findings.The relative characteric of morphology,edge and anatomy of these diseases are helpful to the differential diagnosis of right upper mediastinum.
