摘要
目的:了解我院门诊处方的规范性和合理用药情况。方法:采用回顾性调查,随机抽取我院2009年7月至12月门诊处方11600张,按照处方基本指标及不合理用药项目填写表格,对其进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊处方平均用药品种数1.75种,抗菌药物应用比例17.60%,注射剂应用比例16.45%,使用药品通用名比例98.34%,平均处方金额104.52元。结论:根据《处方管理办法》,我院门诊处方达到规定要求。
Objective：To understand the normative prescriptions in our hospital and rational drug use.Methods：A retrospective survey of randomly selected homes in July 2009 to December 11600 outpatient prescriptions,according to the basic indicators and irrational prescription drug program fill out a form,its statistical analysis.Results：The average hospital outpatient prescription number of drugs 1.75 kinds of application of antimicrobial agents ratio 17.60% 16.45% the proportion of injection applications,the use ratio of 98.34% generic drugs,the average amount of 104.52 yuan prescription.Conclusion：According to 《Prescription Management》,hospital outpatient prescription meets the requirements.
