12例颈椎前路手术并发症观察与护理

12 patients with complications of anterior cervical observation and nursing care

目的:探讨颈椎前路手术并发症的规范化观察与护理措施。方法:报告了12例颈椎前路手术并发症观察与护理,术前做好心理护理,进行气管、食管推移训练,术后严密观察神态、生命体征、肢体感觉活动,观察有无出血、脑脊液漏、椎间隙感染、肺部感染等并发症。术后第一天即开始指导进行康复训练。结果:本组1例术后出现颈部切口血肿,脑脊液漏4例,植骨融合相关并发症植骨块部分滑脱、喉返神经损伤、喉上神经损伤、脊髓损伤加重各1例,肺部感染3例。结论:通过精心护理,严密观察,及时正确处理,有效控制了病情。

Objective：To explore complications of anterior cervical standardization of observation and nursing care.Methods：Reported 12 cases of complications of anterior cervical observation and care,good psychological preoperative care,tracheal,esophageal passage training,after close observation of demeanor,vital signs,sensory activities,observe if there is bleeding,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,vertebral space infection,lung infection.First day began after guiding rehabilitation.Results：The group 1 patients had neck incision hematoma,cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 4 cases,complications related to bone block fusion some slippage in 1 case,1 case of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,laryngeal nerve injury in 1 case,1 case of spinal cord injury aggravated,3 cases of pulmonary infection.Conclusion：With careful care,close observation,timely and correct treatment,effective control of the disease.
