Advances on anti-inflammatory mechanism of Epoxyeicosatrienoic acids

炎症的发生与多种因素相关,发病原因尤其复杂,发病机制仍不完全明确。环氧化二十碳三稀酸(epoxyeicosatrienoic acids,EETs)显著的抗炎功能被作为炎症性疾病治疗的新靶点。对该分子抗炎机制的研究将为进一步明确炎症性的发生机制提供理论参考。本文从EETs的抗炎作用入手,对其抗炎机理的研究进展进行综述。

The incidence of inflammation associated with a variety of factors,particularly complex etiology and pathogenesis is still not entirely clear.Epoxyeicosatrienoic acids have various anti-inflammatory function and are known as new targets of treating inflamation.Anti-inflammatory mechanism of the moleculars research will further clarify the pathogenesis of inflammatory and provide theoretical references.Detailed mechanisms of anti-in？ammatory of these EETs are reviewd.
