摘要
本文对46例育龄非孕健康妇女、388例正常妊娠和20例异常妊娠妇女血清铜、锌水平进行了动态观察。结果显示:正常妊娠从6～8周开始血清铜、锌水平随孕周增加而升高,每个时相与正常值比较均有统计学显著差异,P<0.01;妊娠晚期逐渐下降,但仍高于正常。先兆流产和异常妊娠妇女血清铜、锌水平均明显高于正常值,但与正常孕妇无统计学差异。
The dynamic variation of serum copper and zinc levels in 46 cases of normal fertilewomen and 388 cases of normal pregnancy and 20 cases of abnormal pregnancies wereobserved. The results show that the levels of serum copper and zinc of normal pregnancybegan to go up at the 6-8th gestational weeks and the rises were continued parallel tothe duration of gestation until the last three months. There was significant differencebetween each stage and the control (p<0.01). but no significant difference betweenabnormal pregnancies and control group.
