摘要
为解决目前植物常规茎尖组织培养的技术繁琐、生产成本高等问题,使植物组培苗规模化生产成为现实,为农业栽培生产提供优质生产用苗,采用对比试验法,在植物茎尖组培的初代接种、试管苗驯化和培养基配制成分等方面进行了简化和廉价替代的试验研究。结果表明,与常规组培技术相比,植物茎尖组培新技术有简化工作程序、降低成本、提高效率的技术优势。
The study aimed to simplify technologies,reduce costs of plant seedling shoot tip tissue culture,provide the high-quality production seedlings,and make large-scale production of plants become a reality.Using the contrast test method,the vaccination of initially generation and domestication of test tube seedling were simplified.The expensive culture medium ingredient was replaced with a new one.Compared with the normal tissue culture method,the new technology simplified work processes,improved efficiency and reduced costs.
