陆地棉与海岛棉两个末端氧化酶差异的比较

摘要 [目的]研究陆地棉与海岛棉2个末端氧化酶的差异,为陆海杂交育种材料选择提供理论依据。[方法]选用7份陆地棉、4份海岛棉为供试材料,比较了陆地棉和海岛棉不同发育阶段的抗坏血酸氧化酶(AAO)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的变化的差异性。[结果]陆地棉和海岛棉2种末端氧化酶在整个发育进程中有相似的变化规律,AAO活性前期低后期高,且前期出现峰值;PPO活性表现为2个波峰,PPO前期活性高于后期,海岛棉PPO第1个波峰明显高于第2个波峰,陆地棉差异不大。[结论]海岛棉与陆地棉AAO、PPO活性在7月4日和8月6日的量存在差异,有可能为陆海杂交后代选育提供理论指导。 [Objective]The aim was to research the activity difference of the two terminal oxidase between upland and island cotton,and provide theoretical basis for material selection of the land cotton and island cotton cross-breeding.[Method]The four varieties of island cotton and seven varieties of upland cotton were used as the experimental materials,and the difference of variations of ascorbic acid oxidase(AAO)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity were studied at different growth stages.[Result]Island cotton had similar variation with upland cotton about two terminal oxidases activity,AAO activity in the latter stage was higher than the early stage,but there was a peak in the early stage.Two peaks were appeared about polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity,PPO activity in the early stage was higher than the latter stage,it was found apparently that the first peak was higher than the second in island cotton,but there was little difference in upland cotton.[Conclusion] The volume of AAO and PPO activities between island cotton and upland cotton were different in July 4 and August 6,which could provide theoretical guidance for material selection of the land cotton and island cotton cross-breeding.
