摘要
[目的]研究在10mmol/LNaCl胁迫下豫花15、白沙1016和花育22花生的游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性、POD活性及丙二醛含量的变化。[方法]在培养皿、培养箱中模拟盐胁迫。[结果]白沙1016在盐胁迫条件下适应能力最强。[结论]该研究为筛选耐盐胁迫花生品种提供依据。
[Objective]The effects on free proline content,soluble protein content,SOD activeness,POD activeness and MDA content in peanut of Yuhua 15,Baisha 1016,Huayu 22 were studied under 10 mmol/L NaCl stress.[Method] The peanut were treated by salt stress in Petri dishes and incubator.[Result] Salt tolerance of Baisha 1016 was the highest.[Conclusion] The research provided the basis for the screening of peanut variety with salt tolerance.
