盐胁迫对胀果甘草种子发芽·幼苗生长及抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究不同NaCl浓度对胀果甘草种子发芽、幼苗生长和抗氧化指标的影响。[方法]采用愈创木酚氧化法以及高锰酸钾滴定法分别对幼苗POD和CAT活性进行测定。[结果]当NaCl浓度小于200mmol/L时,种子发芽与幼苗生长正常;当NaCl浓度达到300mmol/L时,种子发芽和幼苗生长都受到抑制。植株内POD和CAT活性皆随NaCl浓度的升高呈上升趋势。[结论]胀果甘草种子和幼苗的耐盐范围为200~300mmol/L。胀果甘草较强的抗盐性可能与其在盐胁迫下保护酶活性的增强有关。 [Objective]Effects of salt stress on seed germination,seedling growth and some antioxidant indices of Glycyrrhiza inflata Batal were tested.[Method]POD and CAT activity were determined with the methods of guaiacol oxidation and potassium permanganate titration.[Result]The seed germination and seedling growth were normal when concentration of NaCl was less than 200 mmol/L.When NaCl concentration was increased to 300 mmol/L,both seed germination and seedling growth were restrained markedly.The activities of POD and CAT tended to increase with the rising of NaCl concentration.[Conclusion]The maximum concentration of NaCl that Glycyrrhiza inflata Batal could endure was maybe between 200 mmol/L and 300 mmol/L.The resistance of Glycyrrhiza inflata Batal to salt stress maybe relating to the increasing of enzyme activities.
