摘要
[目的]进一步了解银杏种核形状特征。[方法]以33个银杏无性系种核为研究材料,对种核的长度、宽度、厚度、长宽比和单核重等形态特征进行系统研究。[结果]33个银杏无性系种核的核长、核宽、核厚、长宽比和单核重均达极显著差异水平;其形态特征各参数之间存在极显著的相关性;影响银杏种核品质的主要因子是种核形态特征,即种子长度、宽度和厚度。以银杏种核的形态特征为指标,可将33个参试银杏无性系分成4类:32号为第1类;1、2、6、7、8、10、14、16、18、19、20、21、25、26号为第2类;3、4、13、16、17、22、27、28、29、30、31、33号为第3类;5、9、11、12、15、23、24号为第4类。其中第1类表现特征为种核的质量、核长、核宽、核厚较大,而第4类的表现特征为各项指标均较小。[结论]研究可为提高银杏种核品质提供一定的参考。
[Objective] The character of the nut shape of Ginkgo biloba was further researched.[Method] The characters of the nut of thirty-three Ginkgo biloba clones,such as the length,the width and the thick of nut,the ratio of length to width and the weight of single nut,was investigated.[Results] The results indicated that there was significantly difference in these characters among thirty-three ginkgo clones and also in the indexes of morphological characters.Main factor of character of the nut shape affecting nut quality was the length,the width and the thick of nut.According to the indexes of morphological characters of nut,thirty-three Ginkgo biloba clones could be divided into four classification:the first classification was only No.32;the second classification included No.1,2,6,7,8,10,14,16,18,19,20,21,25 and 26;the third classification included No.3,4,13,16,17,22,27,28,29,30,31 and 33;and the fourth classification included No.5,9,11,15,23 and 24.The morphological character of the nut in the first classification was with heavier weight,longer length,wider width and thicker of nut and in the fourth classification,smaller in all of character.[Conclusion] The reference for the improvement of Ginkgo biloba quality could be provided through the research.
