摘要
[目的]研究家蚕的耐氟机理。[方法]以耐氟家蚕品种T6和氟敏感家蚕品种733新为供试品种,采用酸浸提法测定蚕沙、饲料、全蚕体的氟含量。[结果]添氟和不添氟饲料的实测含氟量分别为413.3和56.5mg/kg。在添氟14d后,耐氟组家蚕品种T6个体粗大仍然健康;氟敏感家蚕品种733新个体很小,取食量显著下降,蚕沙量比对照组明显减少,表现出明显的氟中毒症状。添氟初期和表现症状的后期,氟敏感家蚕的蚕沙氟含量有所波动。从第8天开始,耐氟家蚕品种的蚕沙氟含量显著下降。氟敏感品种733新的排泄能力高于耐氟品种T6。耐氟和氟敏感家蚕的蚕沙平均氟含量与全蚕体内氟含量的和相近。[结论]家蚕体内可能有某种(类)氟过氧化物酶,使游离氟失去毒害作用。
[Objective] The aim was to study the fluoride-tolerant mechanism of Bombyx mori.[Method] With fluoride-tolerant B.mori strain T6 and fluoride-sensitive B.mori strain 733Xin as tested strains,the fluoride contents in silkworm feces,feed and whole silkworm body were determined by using acid extraction.[Result] The determined fluoride contents in feeds with and without fluoride addition were 413.3 and 56.5 mg/kg resp.After 14 d since fluoride addition,the individuals of B.mori strain T6 were still strong and healthy;the individuals of B.mori strain 733Xin were very small,their food consumption was decreased significantly and their feces were reduced obviously in comparison with control group,showing obvious fluoride toxic symptom.In the primary stage of fluoride addition and late stage of appearing symptoms,the fluoride content in feces of fluoride-sensitive B.mori showed some variance.Since the 8th day,the fluoride content in feces of fluoride-tolerant B.mori strain was decreased significantly.The excretion ability of fluoride-sensitive strain 733Xin was higher than that of fluoride-tolerant strain T6.The sums of average fluoride content in silkworm feces and fluoride content in whole silkworm body of fluoride-tolerant and fluoride-sensitive B.mori were similar.[Conclusion] There may be some fluoride-peroxidase(s)in B.mori body,which detoxified free fluoride.
