接种方法对胭脂虫生长的影响

Effects of Inoculation Methods on the Growth of Dactylopius coccus Costa

[目的]为胭脂虫的人工养殖提供一定的理论依据。[方法]以胭脂虫为供试昆虫,分别采用三角纸袋接种法、切片接种法、毛刷法和靠接法将其接种到仙人掌上进行悬挂培养,研究不同接种方法对其雌成虫数量、单体重和总重的影响。[结果]靠接法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量最多,为223个,毛刷法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量最少,为46个,三角纸袋法和切片接种法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫数量分别为182和156个;4种接种方法接种的仙人掌上胭脂虫雌成虫的单体重分别为0.012、0.011、0.010、0.008g,总重分别为2.002、2.230、0.368、1.716g。[结论]胭脂虫人工养殖的最佳接种方法为靠接法。

[Objective] The aim was to provided some theoretical basis for artificial breeding of Dactylopius coccus Costa.[Method] With D.coccus as tested insect,they were inoculated into cactus by triangle-paper bag,section,brushing and inarching methods for hanging culture,the effects of different inoculation methods on the quantities,single weights and total weights of adult female insects were studied.[Result] The quantity of D.coccus on cactus inoculated by inarching method was most,being 223;that on cactus inoculated by brushing was least,being 46;that on cactus inoculated by triangle-paper bag and section methods were 182 and 156 resp.;the single weights of adult female D.coccuson cactus inoculated by 4 inoculation methods were 0.012,0.011,0.010 and 0.008 g resp.and their total weights were 2.002,2.230,0.368 and 1.716 g resp.[Conclusion] The optimum inoculation method was inarching method for artificial breeding of D.coccus.
