基于土地规划分类和节约集约的建设用地需求量分类预测

Prediction of the Demand of Construction Land Based on the Classification of Land Use Planning and Economical and Intensive Utilization

以乳源瑶族自治县为例,在新的土地规划分类的基础上,应用建设用地分类预测法,分别对城乡建设用地、交通水利用地和其他建设用地进行需求量预测,同时结合城镇工矿用地和农村居民点用地集约潜力分析,得出乳源瑶族自治县新一轮土地规划各项建设用地指标。结果表明,以土地规划分类和节约集约为基础,对建设用地需求量进行分类预测,对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编工作更具有指导性。

Taking Ruyuan County as an example,based on the new classification of land use planning,using the method of construction land classification prediction,the demand of urban and rural construction land,transportation land,water conservancy facilities and other construction land were predicted respectively.Combining the intensive potential analysis of urban land,industrial land and rural settlement land,the construction land indices of the new land use planning of Ruyuan County were obtained.The results showed that based on the new classification of land use planning and land economically and intensively use to predict the demand of the construction land is more instructive to the new general land use planning.
