江苏省旅游业发展与就业增长关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Tourism Development and Employment Growth in Jiangsu Province

旅游业因具有劳动力吸纳能力强、产业发展前景光明等特点,已成为解决就业问题的重要产业部门之一。江苏省既是人口大省又是旅游大省,旅游业对就业具有重要的促进作用。在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,根据1999～2008年江苏省旅游业与就业统计数据,运用回归分析法,从旅游人次和收入两方面对江苏省旅游业与就业增长之间的关系进行实证研究,并提出相关建议,以期为江苏省旅游就业政策的制定提供科学依据。

Tourism industry has become an important sector to solve employment problems due to its great ability to absorb labor and its bright development prospects.Known as a major tourism province with the largest population,Jiangsu＇s tourism industry plays a significant role in promoting employment.On the basis of the past research,the relationship between tourism development and employment growth of Jiangsu Province was studied by using regression analysis method based on the statistics from 1999 to 2008 and in terms of tourists and tourism income.Finally,some relevant suggestions were proposed in order to provide scientific basis for making tourism employment policy of Jiangsu Province.
