The development status of micro-credit company in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed through investigation.Aiming at the existing problems,the choosing of extending way for rural micro-credit company in Heilongjiang Province was put forward,so as to provide practical basis for promoting rural financial reform and solving the problem of rural debit.
