青海地区植物白刺叶中微量元素的因子分析和聚类分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为白刺叶植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据和理论基础。[方法]通过对青海地区植物白刺叶中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr、Ni、Cd7种元素进行因子分析和聚类分析研究了白刺叶的微量元素谱。[结果]白刺叶中Fe与Zn极显著相关,Mn与Zn、Fe显著负相关。在这2个主因子中最重要的是第1主因子F1,Mn的载荷值最大,说明青海地区白刺叶中Mn的影响最大,其次为Cu、Zn、Fe等。唐古特白刺叶的微量元素含量最高,其次为小果白刺叶、齿叶白刺叶、沙棘叶。唐古特白刺叶和小果白刺叶的微量元素较丰富,且唐古特白刺叶的微量元素含量远高于沙棘叶。样本层次聚类分析聚成3类时,沙棘叶为一类,齿叶白刺叶为一类,唐古特白刺叶和小果白刺叶为一类。[结论]在因子分析的基础上对白刺叶进行聚类分类识别是可行的。 [Objective] The aim of the study was to provide scientific basis and theoretical foundation for exploitation of Nitraria leaf resources.[Method] The trace element spectrum of Nitraria leaf was studied through factor analysis and cluster analysis on 7 elements of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Ni and Cd in Nitraria leaf of Qinghai area.[Result] In Nitraria leaf,Fe was extremely significantly related to Zn and Mn was significantly negatively related to Zn and Fe.The utmost in these 2 principal factors was the 1st principal factor F1 and the loading value of Mn was biggest,indicating that in Nitraria leaf of Qinghai area,the influence of Mn was greatest and the secondary was Cu,Zn,Fe and so on.The trace element content in Nitraria tangutorum leaf was highest and the secondary was Nitraria sibirica,Nitrarial robowskii and Hippophae rhamnoides leaf.The trace elements in N.tangutorum and N.sibirica leaf were more abundant and the trace element content in N.tangutorum leaf was far higher than that in H.rhamnoides leaf.When the samples were classified into 3 categories in hierarchy cluster analysis,H.rhamnoides leaf was one category,N.robowskii leaf was one category and N.tangutorum leaf and N.sibirica leaf were one category.[Conclusion] It was feasible to perform cluster analysis recognition on N.tangutorum leaf on the basis of factor analysis.
