老年原发性高血压伴2型糖尿病肾损害微量白蛋白尿期内皮细胞功能变化 被引量：5

摘要 有学者认为高血压病和糖尿病是同源性疾病，可能存在共同的遗传基因，共同的始动因素。两种疾病并存在老年人群中逐年增高，带来继发性肾损害增多。高血压和糖尿病可使内皮细胞功能的发生变化，我们通过检测老年原发性高血压（3级）和（或）2型糖尿病患者的内皮细胞功能，旨在探讨原发性高血压伴2型糖尿病肾损害微量白蛋白尿期内皮细胞功能变化，为临床治疗提供依据。
