类风湿关节炎的超声表现与中西医治疗

Rheumatoid arthritis of Ultrasonography performance and to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment

目的：了解类风湿关节炎（RA）患者关节病变的超声表现及中西医治疗效果。方法：选取RA病人52例，应用彩色多普勒超声观察腕关节、近端指间关节滑膜的厚度，血流供应、骨面及软组织情况，并将52例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组，均给予布洛芬及甲氨蝶呤治疗，治疗组在此基础上加服中药治疗，观察2组疗效。结果：52例患者中，74％腕关节滑膜增生，51．5％手部关节滑膜增生，血管过度增生60．6％，关节腔积液占26．9％，关节软骨及骨侵蚀者210例，占35．9％。通过治疗后，治疗组疗效优于观察组（P〈0．05）。结论：（1）超声可作为RA关节病变的首选检查方法之一；（2）中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎，其疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） joint lesions of patients and to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Methods 52 cases of RA patients, color Doppler ultrasound to monitor wrist, proximal interphalangeal joint synovial thickness, blood supply, skeletal and soft tissue conditions, and 52 cases of Rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups were given ibuprofen and methotrexate therapy, the treatment group was added services based on traditional Chinese medicine, observation of group 2 effects. Results In the 52 patients, 74% of the wrist joint synovial hyperplasia, 51.5% hand synovial hyperplasia, vascular hyperplasia 60.6%, joint effusion26.9%, articular cartilage and bone erosion of the 210 cases, accounting for 35.9%. Through treatment, the treatment group than the observation group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion （1） ultrasound can be used as the first choice for RA joint disease screening method; （2） to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis, its efficacy is superior to western medicine only.
