摘要
将高岭土、尿素及少量水混合并保温,制备出高岭石/尿素夹层复合物,分析了复合物的结构及热稳定性。结果表明:由于少量水的参与,95℃下恒温6h,插层率达到90.8%。尿素与高岭石的成键方式有3种:N—H与硅氧四面体中的氧(O)成键;C=O与铝氧八面体中的羟基(OH)成键;N—H和C=O分别与硅氧四面体中的氧(O)和铝氧八面体羟基(OH)同时成键。160~300℃,高岭石/尿素夹层复合物的结构逐步被破坏,高岭石的结晶有序度降低,其夹层复合物结构水的脱除温度亦降低。
Kaolinite/urea intercalated compound was prepared via mixing kaolinite with urea and a small amount of water at a certain temperature.The structure and thermal stability were analyzed.The results show that the intercalation rate is 90.8% when the mixture is kept at 95 ℃for 6 h.There are three kinds of bonded modes between urea and kaolinite:a) N—H bonded to oxygen of silica tetrahedron;b) C=O bonded to hydroxyl of alumina octahedron in kaolinite;and c) both N—H and C=O bonded respectively to oxygen of silica tetrahedron and alumina octahedron in kaolinite simultaneously.The structure of the kaolinite/urea intercalated compound could be ruptured step by step from 160 to 300 ℃ .As a result,the kaolinite becomes disorder and the temperature for hydroxyl removal is reduced.
