摘要
目的:建立稳定、简便、内皮损伤小的大鼠自体静脉移植模型。方法:以36只雄性大鼠建立改良的简易大鼠颈外静脉移植模型,采用血管超声方法,观察大鼠颈外静脉移植后的血管超声显像,手术后血管的通畅率。病理学检查移植静脉血管内膜的情况。结果:成功地建立了改良的大鼠自体颈外静脉移植模型,手术时间较短,近期发生血栓栓塞的几率低,管腔通常率高、未发生吻合口漏,手术成功率高。超声检查可以显示移植静脉血管的通畅度及血管腔径大小,显示吻合口的延续情况。结论:采用改良血管套(cuff)法,可建立改良的大鼠颈静脉移植模型。该模型稳定、简便、内皮损伤小,手术时间缩短。超声检查可辅助评价模型的建立,检查移植静脉血管桥是否流通畅。
AIM: To establish a stable and simple rat autogenous vein graft model with minor endothelial injury. METHODS: A novel rat model of external jugular vein graft was in 36 male rats. Vascular ultrasound was used to observe the external jugular vein before and after transplantation, postoperative patency rate of bh^t vessels and vascular changes. RESULTS: An improved rat autologous jugular vein graft model was successfully established with a shorter surgical time, lower risks of thromboembolism, higher lumen patency rate and lower anastomotic leakage rate. Surgical success rate was 90%. Uhrasonography clearly showed the vein graft, the size of the lumen diameter and the anastumotic continuation. CONCLUSION : A stable and simple model of rat jugular vein graft with minor endothelial injury is established by the modified cuff technique. Ultrasonography can be conveniently used at the early stage to test the patency of the surgical model.
