α1A/C-肾上腺素受体对心肌的保护作用

摘要 心肌细胞上存在α1A/C、α1B、α1D,β1、β2、β3等肾上腺素受体(AR)亚型,均属于G蛋白偶联受体超家族。一般认为,β1等AR持续兴奋对心肌是有害的;而近来的研究发现,α1A/C-AR在压力超负荷和心肌梗死等病理情况下,可能对心肌具有保护作用。本文综述了α1A/C-AR对心脏功能的调节作用。
