Precoding Design Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

摘要 针对多用户多输入多输出系统的下行链路传输,提出了一种基于粒子群算法的预编码设计方案。该方案首先通过理论分析,推导出错误符号概率的函数,该函数是将平均符号错误概率构造为预编码矩阵和各用户信道信息的函数,并以最小符号错误概率为判断准则。然后利用模拟鸟群觅食的粒子群方法对其进行优化搜索,得到最佳效果。理论分析与仿真结果表明,该方案性能比传统的预编码性能更优。 A precoding design of multi-user MIMO downlink transmission system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.The error symbol probability function is derived through theoretical analysis,in which,according to the minimum error probability criterion,the average error symbol probability is structured as the function of precoding matrix and channel information of various users.Then a simulation of birds feeding algorithm particle swarm optimization is used for optimun search in permitted range.Theoretical analysis and simulations show that the performance of this proposed scheme is much better than that of the traditional precoding scheme.
