摘要
右心室功能日益为临床关注,但由于右心室具有不对称、不规则的独特解剖特点,评估左心室功能的技术无法完全适用于右心室,因此选择更敏感、特异的技术、指标来量化右心室功能正是目前国内外研究的热点。超声心动图在心血管诊断中应用最为广泛,从传统的M型超声、二维超声心动图,到组织多普勒技术、应变、应变率及实时三维超声心动图,评估右心室功能的超声心动图技术正日益完善及多样化,本文对上述方面的进展进行综述。
The right ventricular function is being increasingly cared by clinical. The techniques for quantifying left ventricular function are not all applicable to right ventricular for its unique anatomical features of irregular and asymmetric. Choosing more sensitive and specific technical indexes to quantify right ventricular function is popular in constructing virtual scene. Echocardiography in diagnosis of cardiovascular is most widely used. From the traditional M-mode, two-dimensional ultrasound, to the application of tissue Doppler technique, strain, strain rate and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, ultrasonic testing is increasingly perfect and diversification. The progress metioned above was reviwed in this artical.
