摘要
脂质微泡是近年来国内外研究的热点之一。脂质微泡不仅是一种良好的超声造影剂,而且在医药实验研究及临床治疗方面应用较广泛,本文就其制备方法及应用的研究进展进行简述。
Investigation of lipid microbubbles is one of the hot spots nowadays.Lipid microbubbles are not only useful as contrast agents in contrast enhancement ultrasonography,but also widely used in medical research and clinical therapy.Several preparation methods and advances in their applications were reviewed in this article.
