摘要
文章从宏观的城市居住空间秩序形态演变和微观的城市居民住宅区位选择两种研究角度对城市居住空间相关研究进行了总结和评述,并进一步指出,基于我国特殊的城市社会经济发展背景,相关研究可进一步关注居住区公共资源的均衡配置、特殊群体住房建设、居民住房选择对住房制度改革的行为响应、城市居民"第二住宅"发展等一些特色内容。
The diversity of China＇s urban external environment, changes in urban housing distribution system, as well as acts of urban housing options liberalization provides a broad perspective for urban living space research study. In tbis paper, the macro-order patterns of urban living space for the evolution and micro-urban residential location choice of two kinds of research perspective on urban living space-related studies are summarized and commented. And it is further pointed out that based on the unique background of socio-economic development in China, related research could be further concerned about the residential areas of public resources in a balanced configuration, special group housing construction, residents of housing options for housing reform behavioral response, urban ＂second home＂ development and some characteristics of the content.
