相关指标表明我国目前已进入工业化中期阶段,城乡统筹协调发展是我国经济社会持续发展的新模式,也是解决我国"城乡对立"、"三农"问题的主要途径;县域作为城乡联系的纽带,在统筹城乡发展的过程中起着重要作用。文章以国内外学者对城乡统筹的研究为基础,对我国统筹城乡发展的框架体系和编制方法进行了探讨和经验总结,以便为县域统筹城乡发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Some indicators show that our country has entered the middle stage of industrialization in general. City and countryside harmonious planning is a new model that it can remain our countries’ sustainable development. It also solves the confliction of city and countryside and the rural issues. It is very important that city and countryside harmony can promote the social-economic development, as to it is a bridge between the city and countryside. Based on the researches of city and countryside harmony in the world, the article researches the framework and planning methods of city and countryside harmony, with the aim to be a reference towards city and countryside harmonious development.
