世界城市区域网络中的我国巨型城市区域

Chinese Mega-City Region in the Global City-Region Network

随着经济全球化的推进,巨型城市区域成为参与国际竞争的重要单元,目前逐渐成为政府和学界关注的焦点议题。由于我国经济的迅速发展和国际大国形象的逐步确立,国际资本大量涌入我国,1990年代以后,我国巨型城市区域的发展引人注目,在参与国际经济竞争中起着重要作用。本文借鉴西方学者关于巨型城市区域的研究框架,从跨国公司、生产者服务业和对外联系三个方面,对世界巨型城市区域进行了分等,并分析了我国巨型城市区域的地位。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, mega-city region has become an important spatial unit in the world competition, and has attracted much academic and governmental attention. The rapid development of Chinese economy and the formation of a grand country image in the world, a large amount of foreign direct investment had poured into China since the reform initiated in 1978. Due to the economic development and the reform, the development of mega-city regions has come to front and played important role in the world economic competition. With the help of the research framework developed by the western scholars the global mega-city regions are ranked based on the distribution and development of transnational corporations, producer service and inter-regional relationship, and the roles of Chinese counterparts are analyzed. It has a long way to make the Chinese mega-city regions competitive in the world economy.
