妊娠及哺乳期妇女血清nesfatin－1水平的检测
摘要
nesfatin－1是日本学者Oh-l等于2006年在大鼠下丘脑的弓状核、室旁核和视上核等部位发现的一种由82个氨基酸组成的神经肽。动物实验表明，侧脑室或腹腔内注射nesfatin－1可使大鼠摄食量明显减少，且摄食抑制效应呈剂量依赖性。新近还发现，nesfatin－1在下丘脑的室旁核和视上核与催产素、抗利尿激素等多种神经肽联合表达，且在下丘脑的室周核、外侧区，
