摘要
目的探讨听力正常成人宽频声导抗(wide band typanometry,WBT)能量反射(energy reflectance,ER)的特点。方法对31例(51耳)听力正常成人的ER值进行测量,计算其均值及标准差,并将ER值测试结果进行形态学上的归类和统计分析。结果在0.25~8.0 kHz范围内,ER值在低频区较大并接近1,随着频率增加ER值逐渐减小并在2.5~3.0 kHz达最小值,之后随频率继续增加而增加,8.0 kHz后再次反转下降。ER值随频率变化的规律从形态学特点上概括分三类:对称的"W"型、不对称的"W"型和"U"型,三类ER的切迹中心频率(central frequency,CF)均在0.7~3.9 kHz范围内。结论0.7~3.9 kHz范围内的声音能量能最有效进入中耳,且此频率范围同言语频率(0.5~4.0 kHz)非常相近,对言语感知十分重要。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of energy reflectance(ER) in the wideband tympanometry(WBT) test of Chinese adults with normal hearing.Methods ER values of normal hearing adults were tested and their mean and standard deviation,and morphological results were analyzed and reported.Results 31 normal hearing adults(51 ears) participated in this study.Their ER values varied as frequency changed from 0.25 to 8.0 kHz.The characteristics between the ER values and frequencies were as following: ER value was high and close to 1 in the low frequencies.It decreased as frequency increased and reached the minimum in the frequency range from 2.5 to 3.0 kHz.It then increased as frequency increased and decreased again after 8.0 kHz.The ER-frequency curve could be classified based on their morphological characteristics into three types: symmetric "W",asymmetric "W",and "U" shape.Conclusion The central frequency of the ER notch in all of the three types was within the frequency range of 0.7 to 3.9 kHz,demonstrating that energy within this frequency range was mostly effectively transferred into the middleear.The frequency range falls into the speech frequency range(0.5~4.0 kHz) in daily life,which plays a very important role in speech perception.
