听力正常的耳鸣患者TEOAE检测结果分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析听力正常的耳鸣患者的瞬态耳声发射(TEOAE)结果。方法对30名(60耳)听力正常的耳鸣患者(耳鸣组)进行TEOAE检测,并与20名(40耳)正常无耳鸣者(对照组)进行比较。结果耳鸣组的TEOAE检出率(78.33%,47/60)低于对照组(100%,40/40)。结论部分听力正常的耳鸣患者TEOAE未引出,说明其耳蜗外毛细胞功能已有损害。
