肩胛骨颈部骨折的外科治疗

Surgical Management of Scapular Neck Fractures

目的：探讨肩胛骨颈部骨折手术治疗方法。方法：总结１９８８年９月～１９９８年８月共收治的肩胛骨颈部骨折８例，进行临床分析讨论。８例中男７例，女１例，平均年龄３６８岁。骨折合并伤：颈部骨折８例中，１例合并喙突骨折，３例合并肩胛冈骨折，２例合并体部骨折。８例中均行切开复位，钢板螺丝钉内固定术。结果：本组随访时间为１月～６年，其中７例骨折平均骨愈合时间在６～１０周。功能恢复优良率为８７５％。结论：肩胛骨颈部构造特殊。手术切开复位内固定适用于不稳定性骨折。

Objective:To describe the treatment of scapular neck fractures.Methods:8 cases of the scapular neck fractures were involved in this series.Male in 7 cases and female in 1 cases,average age was 36 8% years.All of the 8 cases were treated by open reduction and stable osteosynthesis.Results:The patients were followed up from 1 month to 6 years.In 7 cases of them bony healing achieved from 6 to 10 weeks.The satisfactory rate of functional recover was 87 5%。Conclusions:The anatomy of scapular neck is especial,the scapular neck fracture types is complex.Operative treatment may be indicated,especially with unstable fractures of the scapular neck,plate and screw fixation are effective.
